Cellix engineers are available for one-to-one training sessions, trouble-shooting issues, customer support, webinars and simplified on-line demonstrations via GoToMeeting or Skype.  
If you wish to schedule a session with one or our engineers or application scientist, please take note of the following:
  • You must have internet access on the computer you want to trouble-shoot.
  • You must have Administration Rights on the computer for trouble-shooting.
  • You must have a microphone and headphones OR a telephone line.
  • Webcam is optional but highly recommended for hardware trouble-shooting to enable our engineer see what is going on.
To schedule a session with one of our engineers,
please ensure that you can install one of these programs on your computer.  Once you have installed one of these programs, please contact us to schedule your session.
