2018 Q2 Update on INISH MINI-BAR

2018 Q2 update: INISH MINI-BAR (H2020): Our Inish Mini Bar project focuses on detection of contamination in beer – allowing for the clean, perfect pint with optimal flavour. The project is progressing well this quarter and our validation testing continues on as planned. We continuously use new sources of beer, which provide us with fresh material to continuously tweak our testing process and optimise it for the better. Our R&D team continue to make innovations in impedance technology, electronics, and miniturisation of component parts. Most excitingly in recent months we've seen a more stable manufacturing process due to improved manufacturing controls of electrode alignment. For more info on the Inish Mini Bar, come talk to us at Brewing Summit 2018 in August, follow us on social media for updates, or see our Inish Mini Bar video

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 755731.
