Temperature Control:

Technical Note Micro-environmental ChamberMicro-environmental chamber is a temperature controlled microscope frame which supports the constant temperature of the microfluidic biochip during experiments. The chamber consists of three key parts: microscope frame incorporating two heated elements; the biochip clamp with ITO (indium tin oxide) coated glass heater and the temperature controller allowing the user to preset, monitor and control the temperature. The temperature is read via integrated thermocouple.
